Herramienta adicional de presupuestos

Hola Pipedrive!
Mi consulta es sencilla y directa. Sería genial tener la posibilidad de poder tener una herramienta que pudiera ayudarnos a crear costes y presupuestos con toda la información que tenemos incluida en nuestra base de datos. Es decir, varias herramientas en una. Una que pueda ayudarnos a la elaboración de costes (con plantillas ya elaboradas), otra que genere facturas/invoices con los detalles presupuestados y una última que llevara control tipo Client Records en donde se reflejaran todos los números de los servicios presupuestados, los pagos realizados por el cliente, facturas pendientes de pago, etc.
Una herramienta ideal que a la vez se acoplaría perfectamente para lo que utilizamos ahora Pipedrive.
Nuestra empresa realiza viajes a medida y es en los costes y facturación donde se emplea mucho tiempo. La idea sería optimizar a tope el tiempo y recurso que Pipedrive nos podría dar para ser más rápidos, ágiles y ahorrar en horas de trabajo.

Hola, en mi caso cada propuesta es artesanal ya que depende de cada cliente su modelo de negocio y a nivel visual incorporo el logo del cliente.
Si fuera posible tener Templates por tipos de proyecto, sería genial! ACuerdo! Al menos para acelerar y optimizar tiempos.

We already do have some features in place that can help you with the invoicing if you're using Xero or QuickBooks, see here: Funciones de facturación de Pipedrive. It's in our plans to expand this feature in order to have a section in Pipedrive that shows you how much a certain Organization has already paid you and how much is still due.
I can also tell you that we're currently developing a feature that will allow you to create quotes, contracts, all types of sales documents without leaving PIpedrive: it will populate it with Pipedrive data and you will be able to create templates you can reuse to save yourself time. This will be released later this year, so I recommend you join our Research and Beta Testing channel to be the first to know and even have the chance to test out early versions and tell us what you think.

This is great news Inês. That will save us a lot of time and will allow us to have a lot of information together in just one source. I´ll stay tuned.

Existen softwares que su funcionalidad es cotizar, va a depender de tu industria o la de tu cliente. Por ejemplo para temas fotovoltaicos utilizo un software, para instalaciones de CCTV utilizo otro.
Si no es tan especifico la inuestro aniversario recomiendo Proposify (excelente integrqcion con Pipedrive) o BetterProposals (buena integración con Pipedrive)
Para temas contables apenas estpy probando Quickbooks
Si necesitas algo ma’am mandame un mensaje

Hola Gabriel gracias por tu respuesta! Somos un software de integración con Marketplaces (ej. Mercadolibre). Trabajamos con Marcas / Fabricas y Distribuidoras Mayoristas. Cada proyectos es muy particular en relación al alcance. Despues la cotización siempre es P x Q, pero lo que cambia y lleva tiempo es definir el alcance.
Gracias por esas recomendaciones, lo voy a tener en cuenta cuando pueda sumar mas plataformas.
