Organization Notes Should be viewable at the deal level

I believe that many users of Pipedrive may close a deal with an organization and that may be the only deal you close until the contract comes up again.  Additionally, I am not quite sure of a deal that could be in play with an organization that wouldn't be assisted by previous deal's notes or organization notes.

All that said I feel that the Organization Notes should be visible at the deal level.

This is becoming a bigger issue as we import organizations w/ notes into the system then Deals are created and our reps that are working the deals are flying blind unless they go back and view the org.

I understand your frustration @Keith Kuhn . Your suggestion was sent internally to be taken in to account into future developments. We appreciate your feedback and how you described your use case so clearly. 🙏

Has this had any development? We are having the same problem at my company. We are having to double back and check organization notes before having any action with leads to make sure we have accurate information.

Notes made in leads show up on the organization feed, but not the other way around?

Hi @Ryan Gobar , I'm sorry to hear about this and understand your frustration.

Have you considered using one of the integration platform available in our marketplace to create an automation that disseminates notes from one entity to another? They allow you to create automations outside the scope of our own native features. I did a quick search for you, take a look here.

At the moment we have no news about this, as priorities and resource allocations for development have to be distributed and unfortunately not everything can be built or at least built in the near future. That being said, we appreciate your input and use it to give our teams thinking points to be considered in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Speaking of which, here’s how to stay on top of what’s coming down the line:

In our sales team, we are not using Activities. Unfortunately, the whole performance reporting in Pipedrive is based around Activities or Closed deals. For us, the measurement of work is the number of Notes.

There is one report counting Notes, but it is only counting Notes when written to a Person. We write Notes to Deals. There is no report available which would count Notes in Deals.

We are unable to track who works how much.
