How are you experiencing drafting mails from Pipedrive and do you have any solutions on layout-issues?

I feel limited by the lack of any editing possibilities regarding fonts, sizes etc. Especially when copy-pasting text from other sources.

    Using the T to remove all formatting is the only way to be sure your emails will have a standard font through out .

    @Pipedrive Fairy

    What you can do - you can try pasting your signature into a Word document and when it is ready -  then pasting it into a signature section of Pipedrive.

    If that does not work out, indeed, not everything is supported (hyperlinks f.e.) in the signature section.

    But, feel free to reach out to support@pipedrive.com or using in-app chat to try to further work on adding it to signature.

    But, if you tried before with support - please leave a feedback with them!

    Thank you in advance,

    Kind regards,

    Vladimir

    Absolutely necessary. When we use fields the font is always different from the content font of the email. It just looks unprofessional when we send such emails. We basically cannot use the templates as much as we would like. Pleas make these things a priority.

    unfortunately not, because we use a special font for all signatures and the fields are not adaptable.

    We have almost been beaten by this and after 15 months of PD are considering swapping our font to match PD so that outlook and PD emails have the same font .

    I am actually about to talk to the marketing department and ask them if we can make an exception with PD...  only so that we can have ONE font for the whole email...
