In Pipedrive, you can only add one main contact to a deal. In most cases, however, we have multiple main contacts for a deal. This also affects the automated emails, as these are then only sent to one person. We would like to use automation to send the mail to several contacts within a deal.

Hi, when adding a recurring revenue within a deal, it would be really helpful to be able to select a product and not just type every time a description. We sell services with recurring revenue. We store prices for the fee on the product master. We maintain the recurring revenue on the deal. Thx Susanne
