Multiple Labels for contacts and organizations.

The ability to either label or tag contacts with multiple identifiers is an absolutely basic and obvious necessity. I work in international real estate. I have buyers and sellers who speak different languages to whom I market in different ways and in different languages. How can this not have already been implemented, based on the seemingly unanimous demand in this chain from 2020?

Important is, that the labels/flags will still be there after using a workflow. It should be an addationally thing. It must be possible to set more then one label; manuell AND by using an automation.

The website says multiple labels are possible. Yet there is no way to do this.

Hey! Thanks for your service! But can you do one more thing?! :)

It is important for us that you can add labels. In other words, in addition to the already existing labels. Automation only replaces labels. And even in mass editing, I can only replace labels. It would be great if I could say for mass editing: Add this label to this company in addition to the already existing labels. The same with the automations: If X is triggered, then please attach label Z to the contact to label Y.

Is it possible that you can still implement this? It would be awesome and a gamechanger for us! :) THANKS A LOT!!

Hi @matthes18_ that was out of scope for this particular project that developed multiple labels for contacts, and so it was not added at this time.
But please do add your feature request in the Ideas and Product feedback section, the more similar feedback there is, the more likely it is to be picked up by our product team in the future.

I am going crazy trying to work this out. I cannot seem to filter a contact or org list with multiple labels.

If I filter out say "Closed Business" it works fine. If I try and filter out "Closed Business" and "Supplier" it breaks and no longer filters at all.

Is anyone else having issues with filtering multiple labels?

It is necessary to be very careful with the "AND" and the "OR", but about the "contains" or "does not contain" vs "is" or "is not", for exemple, too.

Here is how I have tried it, and yes, I also did it with AND as well as trying them all of the tags in one line. None of it works with multiple tags.
