Filter Opened Emails
It would be really nice to be able to filter by emails that have been opened by recipients and then be able to do bulk follow ups to those specific people. Anyone else see this as something that could save a lot of time?

Indeed it's possible to filter by tracked emails but not by opened and unopened, or to send emails in bulk from the email composer (only from the Contacts list view). We've forwarded your suggestion internally so our team can consider it.

Hi all. I too (sales) would love to have the ability to see who most recently opened my email.

It would also be extremely helpful to use sent email subject text for use in filters and automation triggers.

We have the contact record updated from a 3rd party app (outfunnel) as long as we send from Outfunnel. This would be pretty helpful to have the same 'update custom field' function from Pipedrive when a group email is sent

Thanks for the update. The challenge is that COVID has killed more than half our prospect lists. having to go through the tracked email list to sort out who's still active takes far more time than we have.
has no one created a work-around?
We're opting to use Outfunnel in order to put searchable activity in each contact. The challenge is that it doesn't work for single emails because it's a replacement for mailchimp.

We are using the new Campaigns feature. I can’t find the option to send a bulk email to all unopened emails. It just says "Get in touch" for the individual recepients. Is it available somewhere please? Thanks
