Sales team performance
Hi Pipedrivers,
Imagine my sales team yearly sales target is million 1.2. Hence monthly target is 100K. Now I need to have a list/bar/chart by salesman by actual sales vs target by month. I have done it in Google Sheet with Pipedrive data, however I need to have this somewhere in Pipedrive, so I can get each salesman have a look at his performance and me as manager can review all.

That's a great question Hossein. I was also trying to simplifying the dashboard but it's really challenging to customise and see the data that matters to your business.

You can use Goals to create company, team, and individual goals for users and then track them against their actual results in our Reports, namely Sales Performance ones (among other)
We're also currently developing our INsights feature to cross-reference with Goals too, so good news should be coming in the future!
