Sales team performance
Imagine my sales team yearly sales target is million 1.2. Hence monthly target is 100K. Now I need to have a list/bar/chart by salesman by actual sales vs target by month. I have done it in Google Sheet with Pipedrive data, however I need to have this somewhere in Pipedrive, so I can get each salesman have a look at his performance and me as manager can review all.
A list/bar/chart which displays
- actual sales vs targeted sales
- by month
- by salesman
- appointments conversion to won deal
