Goals Dashboard Report
HI All,
I noticed that PD will divide an annual #Goal (Target) by 12 (months) which won't work for us as our team's goals change (ie over December and January, they get half targets/goals, when they are new and have just joined, their target slowly grows over the first 4 months), however if I set their goals manually on a monthly basis, the target does not show on the dashboard report so we can see how they are progressing.

Goals should show up in your Reports (make sure to select Duration > This Year to make it a goal that renews monthly throughout the year) but currently they are not designed to show up in the Dashboard. I have forwarded that suggestion internally for our team's consideration.

Thank you so much, it would help tremendously if it shows up in the dashboard as I now have to do a manual Graph that we cast to the team to show how they are progressing towards their individual targets.

Yes being able to see Goals in Dashboards would be helpful for us as well. @Daniela Theart I would love to speak with you more about how you handle Sales Team mtgs and reviewing Goals using Pipedrive. Is there a way for us to connect directly thru this system or would email be better for you?

Currently, my query wrt seeing each individual's monthly target on the dashboard (which is not divided by 12 months as per PD) is not yet resolved.

How did you do your report exactly?
can you see a 12 month goal instead of a monthly goal?

Before "Insights", I was able to see the annual goals - right now, I just do a separate Excel graph to show the teams how they are progressing.
Note: If you are using the Insights Reporting, you will not have access to the goals feature. Goals will be released on Insights by October 2020.

Hi Daniela, I just asked the exact same thing. In the Insights Goals feature you can only choose a rolling amount (not fluctuating, we're the same as you with different quarterly goals) so I've requested the feature in the suggestion box. The hack version, for now, is to create separate goals per month/quarter and per person. It's a bit more work, of course, but duplicating each one once you've set it up is pretty easy. If you need a hand, just shout.
