Hi all, no updates at the moment unfortunately
it's a highly requested feature and we know we should do it. We're currently doing some regulatory email work and making sure the feature stays stable as we get more and more users on it. I'll pass it on to the team and hope we can work on this rather sooner than later. I'm aware this isn't the answer you were hoping for.. I hope we can do it in the future!1 -

@Mike van der Valk I wanted to follow up on this, this is a MUST HAVE feature for our organization. It would help us out a lot if this was integrated.

Seems like a lot of people have for years - looking through google / old forum threads. I understand that there is priority for development, but 4 years of ignoring a ton of users is a little frustrating considering how much Pipedrive costs monthly. We're considering switching to a competitor just because this feature continues not to exist
We really do like Pipedrive but ultimately we need the right tools to do the job. 2 -

Thanks for the tag @Zac Jackson I've asked our Product manager of the email team to reconsider this work. At the moment it's not on top of the list and we're working on some pieces of work to improve scalability of the email features as a whole. Hopefully this is something we can pick up in the future.

Yes, I can't believe it's not at the top of your list. I will have to leave Pipedrive after this project if I can't use gmail to send from pipedrive. As is, I'm copying the email and pasting it to Gmail. I'll check back, but I notice while scrolling you have had users asking for quite a while.

There are a lot of posts in her about this exact issue. Please bring it to your developers attention! Help us give you more money. We would 100% upgrade our account if aliases were supported as a sender address.

@Pipedrive @Irina Iglesias This issue was raised like 5 years ago, there is even a poll about it. How far are you with this development? As a company, we also miss this feature, not having it will be a deal-breaker.

Like i saw we can redirect our domain adress to have a Google Adress using Google Workspace.
Would this work ?
Or any idea ? I really need a decent CRM, and i just don't want to go to Hubspot : i've tried, it's too complicated...
