We used this feature in Hubspot before we migrated to Pipedrive.  Really useful when you wear several hats in your role.  I have to email out of Gmail for these at the moment so don't have access to the features of Pipedrive when doing this.

This feature would enhance my productivity.

Hey, I have more than one brand and more than one email/alias. Pipedrive can only sync one email at a time and do not consider aliases as an email. Can you please fix this? your bcc email is not something I can count on my employees to remember. Also, if I get an email from a 3rd party that is writing my client - these correspondents would not be logged in Pipedrive. Hopefully, this can be fixed quickly. Best, Alon

Hi, 

So our company has a main email account as well as an alias email address. My main email address is the email associated with my Pipedrive account. We send emails to each other internally. But I have found that I cannot reply to the emails that have been sent to my alias email. 

Is there a way to connect two emails to my Pipedrive account?

Thanks for the feedback; I appreciate you explaining how it would help you out. We haven’t added an alias feature to the email sync yet, however, we do understand this is something that would be beneficial to users. 

We’re not working on that at the moment, but I’ll send feedback to the team and hopefully, this is added to our development roadmap soon.

Hi @Rubidium Web double checked internally and the plan is still to be able to do this. We have a bunch of regulatory and GDPR work for the beginning of the year and we hope to get to it later.

Can we please please please have this?

We have multiple brands under the same umbrella and our salespeople need the ability to send emails from multiple domains.

We need this in Pipedrive otherwise we won't be able to sync emails to deals otherwise.

Hi @Inês Batata ,

I see that I can change my sender name in Pipedrive, to something different than what is set up through Gmail. So if I add my name "Andrew" it will send as "Andrew • andrew@primarydomain.com", using the email address of the PD account.

Within "Personal Preferences" can I change the email address to a domain alias that I use (such as andrew@domainalias.com), so that emails send from that address instead of from the primary domain? Will this cause any issues with the email tracking, pipedrive BCC, logins, etc?
 

The reason I'm asking is because I mainly send from the domain alias instead of the primary domain, but the primary domain is the Google account I use to login to PD.

I wanted to share how important this feature is for me, too. I've been really happy with Pipedrive, but not being able to send from an alias has been really frustrating. Any update on the ETA?

This is make or break for me as well. I cannot setup an entire new Gsuite Account just to be able to use the email sync with another email address
