I don't know why but emails sent from within Pipedrive, which are one of the main activities a sales rep can do to move a deal forward, are not counted as an 'activity' on the deals listed in Pipedrive and do not update the "Last Activity Date" column in Pipedrive. Hey Pipedrivers, sometimes, activities are automatically created in the background without being noticed. It would be helpful if it were possible to identify when an activity was created by an automation and if there were a direct link to the corresponding automation.

The notes feature allows you to pin/unpin documents to the top of page. It would be helpful to allow this for the files tab. This can get so length and impossible to filter through. I'd like to be able to pin my most recent organisation contracts/order forms so they are easily accessible
