Hello, I think it would be very helpful to add a checklist feature (with use of templates) alongside the notes/emails/activities/files tabs. Ideally the checklists could be pinned to the top. And checklist templates would make this amazing for me.

To accommodate your clients in more countries, it is important to have more supported languages for the webforms, chatbot, etc. This is a dealbreaker for our business (to not risk loosing clients) - our IT team wants to change to a system, that supports Danish.

It would be great to add files in the Leads Feature. We tend to find leads from data mining and link the PDF files to the project for proper tracking. Currently we can only do this in the Deals feature, which is forcing us to have "leads" in both areas.

It's gonna be great and awesome if we had the possibility to link more than 1 contact to a deal. For a SDR's department it's really essential. In our day to day job we have to reach out several people in one organisation to trigger a conversation :-)
