Hello, i am looking for a solution to integrate Teamleader Focus and Pipedrive. I know via Zapier, but I need a sync integration. Any recommendations or proposals. BTW: Hubspot has already an native integration with Teamleader Focus.

Live chat attachments
Live chat would be a far better tool for managing customer enquiries if it were possible to add attachments/screen shots etc. The Pipedrive staff use an external live chat tool for support which accommodates this - perhaps because of this reason they don't feel their own product is fit for purpose?

Sync Google Tasks with Pipedrive
It would be handy if Pipedrive could integrate with Google Tasks. For example, in Google Docs there is the verification list that could assign one determined person, but it isn't sync in Pipedrive, only the events in Calendar.

Historical Stage Reporting
Report that tells me how many deals I had in each stage on a day in the past. It is really easy to see how many deals you have in each stage today, but what if I wanted to know what that looked like a month ago? I've tried but does not seem possible to do.

modify or disable shortcuts/quick actions
Basically shortcuts (or quick actions in Pipedrive) are great in the first place, but they can also be annoying. Especially if things are assigned with shortcuts that you never need. It would therefore be nice if you could configure the shortcuts in Pipedrive by yourself or at least deactivate them.

Total sum of deals in stage

Email Management - If an email bounces it should get a label
This is request for the Person page (pipedrive.com/person) If an email bounces if should get a gray or pink red label. If an email doesn't bounce and goes through, it should get a green label, sort of like a Twitter Blue label, but maybe more simple.

Automations - If the email is deleted, do not send the email
Sometimes automatically sent emails bounce because they're incorrectly typed or for other reasons. It would save us a lot of time if emails that are deleted or changed into a different email, would no longer be sent, i.e. the sequence (execution) would stop. Perhaps this is already possible?
