I want to use merge tags to personalize surveys in Typeform. I am not using the Campaign module in Pipedrive. Can I access / use merge tags in this scenario?
My assistant would like to manage my emails directly in the Inbox from her account. Imagine going through emails and being able to answer directly or at least manage them with labels or read them in the first version of this feature. I raised an issue with Support on the 29th Feb and only received a clear insightful response on 5th March. Pipedrive Support advised there was a bug in their system causing my issue. However as of 16.21 today 6th March the problem remains unresolved.

Sometimes fields can be a part of multiple categories. I can, as far as I know only select one category to put them in. Is there a way to put fields in multiple categories?
We just migrated from Salesforce to Pipedrive using the Import2 plugin. We now have 2 stage columns imported from Salesforce: Closed Lost Closed Won In the PD pipeline, they are empty as the Deals in them are Lost/Won, so they disappear from the pipeline. If you type in a phone number title email address we used to hit save 3 times and 3 fields would be saved now we have to hit save, then enter another field, then hit save, etc. if you hit save with data in other fields it is wiped away an annoying change in the recent code. it takes a lot longer to work now.
