I want to create a custom field, for example "referral". I want to add this field primary to "Organization" and secondoy to contact. Is this possible? So for example, when i enter any information to this field in organization, this information (or field) should also be shown in contact without filling it again.

If you select more than 100 people, you have the ability to choose the first 100... but after that no assistance to select the next 100's after that. Even the ability to view 100 contact per page so I can select the first 100, send, then next page, select all, etc. NOT geared up for larger contact databases at all!
