Pipedrive has a campaigning tool, but we've been working with a different marketing automation platform years before starting with PD. Has anyone made a comparison between the main marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, Zoho, Campaign monitor, Mailchimp for instance? And what was the outcome?
Hello, I'm sending individual emails to deal contacts, not using a campaign or group send. Is there a way to add an "unsubscribe" link that would reflect the 'do not contact' status in the deal or contact? Or set it automatically to 'lost'? thanks

Can email campaigns be used for transactional emails to customers? If not, are other Pipedrive users using completely different email tools for transactional outreach to their customer bases (e.g. system status notifications, planned downtime, etc.)?
