Emails should automatically be counted as activities like phone calls
Why are emails not automatically considered activities like phone calls are? When I run filters based on last activity none of my recent emails count as activities. However, my phone calls are. Therefore, I have to go through the extra step of creating an email activity and marking it as done after I send an email.

Could we be able to see email's inbox from another account ?
My assistant would like to manage my emails directly in the Inbox from her account. Imagine going through emails and being able to answer directly or at least manage them with labels or read them in the first version of this feature.
