Reason for loss. Mandatory to optional.
Hello, I have been using Pipedrive for a long time and I have difficulty in continuing to change the status of deals to lost deal, due to the mandatory reason for loss, this significantly delays my management within the tool. It would help me a lot if there was a way to remove this option and leave it as optional!

Round-robin in Scheduler
It would be great if Pipedrive's Scheduler had a round-robin team scheduler, so clients can schedule a call with either of the company's employees depending on their availability via one link (the same way as it's done in Calendly).
