I'm sure most businesses need to know that the date that a product has been sold, and I am surprised this basic level of information is not included in Pipedrive. Emails sent to clients as a report
As a report I believe emails sent is useless as it incorporates internal emails however, emails sent to clients (i.e. any email sent from an account holder to any email in pipedrive) would allow us to evaluate output of our sales team and give us a performance metric of value.

Ability to customize the summary view on reports
It would be nice if on the summary view you could customize which columns you can see. Just like you can do on the Contacts and Organization pages. This would help and be a nice feature so then we would see only the needed data.
