I'd like to be able to set monthly goals for the company for leads, demos, sales for a year without having to create a new goal for every month. So instead of recurring with an option for 1 number like 5,000 repeated every month, i could edit the goal for each month.

Filter for non-deal linked activities in insights & reports
Should be able to exclude non-deal activities (e.g. activities in someone's calendar that are not related to deals) from activity insights & reports. You can do this on the table of activities, but when looking at activity growth over time, the numbers are skewed by internal meetings and calls which can't be filtered out.
