Hi, Is there a way to create a new lead just by sending an email? (my usecase: from my Outlook, I just send an email to xxx@pipedrive.com, adding the lead email in the subject for example. Then pipedrive adds the email as a new lead and starts the automation). Thanks, Matthieu

We need the option to change the "Lead Created" date to a custom date. Leads that are added into PipeDrive or converted from a deal, should not always have the date that the action was taken. Changing the "Deal Created" date is simple, but there's no option for changing the "Leads Created" date.

Adding multiple Contacts/People to a Lead
Seems like you can only have one person on a lead. Would be nice to be able to have multiple contacts, as we keep opportunities in Lead status until we have a shot at it (at which point we convert to a deal). But, up until that point, we may discover multiple organization contacts (and organizations!)

New to PD - need help with Contacts back to Leads
I have a bunch of contacts in PD but many are very cold and could do with re-qualifying, or starting again. Some are probably dead. What is the best practice to move the Contacts back into Leads? Or is there a better option? If I manually add them as a lead I get a duplicate record! Thanks, A
