New to PD - need help with Contacts back to Leads
I have a bunch of contacts in PD but many are very cold and could do with re-qualifying, or starting again. Some are probably dead. What is the best practice to move the Contacts back into Leads? Or is there a better option? If I manually add them as a lead I get a duplicate record! Thanks, A

Custom fields for leads
I wonder if I will be able to add custom fields to the leads module from the same custom fields in the contacts or will they be separate? I don’t think there are custom fiends right now at all..

Filter URL in Leads inbox
