Emails should automatically be counted as activities
Why are emails not automatically considered activities like phone calls are? When I run filters based on last activity none of my recent emails count as activities. However, my phone calls are. Therefore, I have to go through the extra step of creating an email activity and marking it as done after I send an email.

Email conversation view
Is there a plan to give the user the flexibility to view emails in non-conversation view. The way PD sorts emails is almost unusable when you have multiple responses. There needs to be a way to view emails independently, sort easily by date, key words etc.

In Deals you have Estimated Close Date, and if you select that in the Customize Deal Card, it will be shown as DD-MMM-YYYY. Project End Date is shown in the Project Board View, but only as DD-MMM. YYYY, year is missing. Please add year in the Project Bord View as DD-MMM-YYYY.
