Many international companies have employees who do speak very different languages. In some cases they can not commit to 1 language (like english). Track email opens
Pipedrive is unable to select specific people within an email communication to track and identify who was the last person to open the email or link in a CC multi-person communication. I suggest in a future update to create this feature so that we can select the personas we want to track the opening of emails or links.
