Pin Activity
It would be beneficial to have the ability to pin an Activity as you would a Note in a deal. We use the Activity to note and track the stages of an order, not the note section. It would be helpful to have this specific Activity pinned to the top of the deal for reference after the Activity is completed for easy reference.

Why are emails not automatically considered activities like phone calls are? When I run filters based on last activity none of my recent emails count as activities. However, my phone calls are.
