How do you keep track of recurrent customers? I'm trying to figure out the best solution for our company. Do you track it as an organization field and/or with a deal field? Every quarter it's hard to get statistics out of pipedrive for this specific aspect.

Referral Source/Person
We need a effcient way to pull up clients we have from a particular referral person. I have tried adding the referral person to the "particpant" section however this cause interferance with our rot dates. When contacting a lead, it clears the rot deal for ALL leads from that referral source.

Track Leads activity in Insights
Is there a way to track the activity you do on Leads in Insights? For example, how many leads were qualified and converted to deals and how many were unqualified and archived? Without that data, it's hard to get a clear picture of the sales cycle.

Deactivated Users must remain in the assigned team
If you deactivate a user he is not part of the assinged team anymore. This has the consequence, that the team statistics in the insights are not correct anymore. => a deactivated user must remain member of a team!

INSIGHTS: Has been filter
Add the "Has Been in" filter option for deal stages and other filters. Currently, you can filter deals in the deal view by using "Has been in", but this is not possible in the insights. I.e. I want to track the number of deals that went through a certain stage before being marked as won. Not all deals go through that stage.

Cumulative Progress on Goals
It would be great to be able to visually report on cumulative progress toward an annual goal. For example, if a team needs to close $12 million in "WON" deals in a year, the goal would cumulatively grow by $1M per month, then actual progress against that goal could be plotted at monthly intervals. See image as an example.

Product - Insights and Import
I know this has been mentioned dozens of times but we desperately need insights for products. Same with import functionality. We are very excited about all of the new projects in beta, but one completed feature is far better than four "work in progress" features.
