Show lost deals with calls more than 20 minutes
We use Kixie dial and want to be able to view calls which were longer than 20minutes that resulted in a lost (or won) deal. In Insights we can view calls which lasted more than 20minutes, but I can't attach this to deals to see how many long phones resulted in lost deals. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks
