Tagging an email to the deal activity history
Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to tag an e-mail history (gmail) to the referred Deal (on the Activity). On SalesForce when you add its own e-mail (like a SF tag) as BCC it's automatically saved on the Opportunity activity history. Is this possible on Pipedrive too?

When do you create a deal? (with sales automation)
Hey everyone, tough question I have. My consultant that helps me with sales automation strongly advice to create a deal when the prospect is interested to know more about our solution and not before. Then prospects status before is managed under a custom field which means no pipedrive reports but a 3rd party integration.โฆ

Mapping new leads/deals to existing organizations
Hi Community! We want to have our web forms create a new deal, but not a new organization. Right now, every new web form creates a new deal. (great!) BUT I don't want it to create a new organization if there is already one live! Is it possible to map this lead (create a look-up) and have them merged vs creating a new one?โฆ

Moving contact to a new organisation means old organisation deals are moved to the new organisation
Is there anyway to fix this. We had "EVA" move from Sensis to Origin and now Origin has an inflated deal count as EVA's old deals moved over with her.

I need to see the original information put into a deal which has since been deleted and reopened. This deal was created with several other email addresses of peers added to it.
