I am trying to automate lead qualification by creating a custom field "lifecycle stage" All i want is to create an automation that helps me with auto change of field "lifecycle stage" once the user signs up on the platform. Tried doing this but its not working, any one has tried this before ?

Formulated fields automatically updating after products changed/deal value changed
Currently Formula values are automatically calculated and updated when Deal fields included in the formula are edited. However, if the formula uses deal value and your deal value is made up of products this does not work.
