Sort of the Fields when you create an Organization, Person or Deal.
When you create an Organization, a Person or a Deal, the Creation Menu offers the fields in a certain sort, but randomly. It would be nice to be able to choose the sort in which we want them to be displayed in the creation menu. And regardless of whether the fields are default or custom.

Activity duration in seconds
Hi, it'd be great to have the activity duration show seconds too. At the moment, the activity duration seems to round up everything to the minute. Therefore if an activity lasts only 2 second, it'll show 1 minute. This would be helpful when analysing call duration. Thank you, Marco
